I know there are a couple of HD telecasts left to go but for best divo in a supporting role, it has to go to Stefan Kocan as Sparafucile in Rigoletto. Great performance. I'd rate Eric Cutler as Iopas in Les Troyens a close second. Joyce di Donato - best diva, Elza van der Heever - best supporting diva Falk Struckmann - best divo (he owned Otello)
Worst production - Ballo by a country mile Ugliest production - Parsifal (great singing) Best production - Rigoletto - Viva Las Verdi
thank you for your suggestions: I love your picks but yes there are still two left to go. Didonato's Stuarda is incredible as was Struckmann. Rigoletto and Parsifal are definitely some of my favorite productions and Ballo, if you read my review you will know what I think
