Met 2012-13 Season to be announced on February 24th!

And the wait begins! According to the Met's Twitter account  the Met will announce their 2012-13 Season on Friday February 24th!

The anticipation will likely go up over coming weeks, as people start to spread rumors online. Iphegenie of Parterre.com provided this list:

For any of those who have followed us, you know that some singers have leaked dates and operas on their own websites.

Brad Wilbur who was the former fortune teller was asked to remove his site but a final PDF of his rumors remains here: http://parterre.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/brad_cache.pdf.

They seem to match up well with the schedule, but of course it remains a chicken and the egg situation between these too lists.
