The Final poll tallies

The final poll tallies revealed that Jonas Kaufmann disappointed the fans more than anyone else.
The original question was which cancellation is the most disappointing?




Jonas Kaufmann-Enee in Les Troyens in London, Die Walkure at the Met
  50 (65%)
Anna Netrebko in Don Giovanni in Berlin

Natalie Dessay in La Traviata and Manon at La Scala

    I assume you are referring to when Kaufmann cancelled a performance of Die Walkure at the Met. But I remind you that this lead to something really incredible when Frank van Aken stepped in at literally the last minute and got to sing the role of Siegmund with his wife, Eva Maria Westbroek, singing the role of Sieglinde. He hadn't sung the role in 16 months and he had no real rehearsal. To me this is one of the most incredible stories in opera.
